Alex is an experienced engineer, having worked for 10 years in a range of technical and management roles for global aerospace companies before transitioning to business consulting.
Alex completed an MBA from the Melbourne Business School in 2017 focusing on strategy and finance, and also holds positions on the board of a global health NFP and a space industry startup in Melbourne.
Christiane had been at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine for almost 20 years initially for training and then as academic faculty member and specialist in newborn medicine and genetics. Christiane also holds a MBA in Medical Services Management from Johns Hopkins University.
With decades of experience in newborn medicine and research, she is now dedicated to use her vast knowledge and experience to facilitate entrepreneurship, device development and commercialisation.
Shing is a recent Master of Engineering (Biomedical) graduate from the University of Melbourne with a strong academic background and a passion for Medical Device product development and R&D.
Shing brings a combination of engineering and commercial skills to NAVi, with experience working in Biomedical Engineering research environments and consulting STEM clients to access R&D Tax Incentives.
Shing is currently in Houston, Texas representing NAVi in the TMCx Medical Device Accelerator.
Mubin is a recent Master of Engineering (Biomedical) graduate from the University of Melbourne with a focus towards Programming and Algorithm Development.
Having worked previously in research and clinical environments, Mubin brings a deep knowledge of medical devices, a passion for identifying/solving unmet needs in the healthcare domain, and the technical skills required to test and build a variety of med-tech based solutions.
Wei holds an undergraduate degree in Biotech, and completed her MBA at the Melbourne Business School with a strong focus in finance.
Wei has almost a decade of experience working with government and regulatory authorities in the environment and climate industries, and has led a number of major projects - overseeing the financial, economic and technical analysis.
Brad has extensive senior management experience in small business operations for over 5 years, as well as a background in Big 4 Consulting.
Brad is a qualified CA and completed his MBA at the Melbourne Business School.
